Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We offer free Express delivery on all UK orders. For Europe, North America, Asia and the Rest of the World we offer Express delivery at subsidised rates. Order before 2pm and we will despatch the same day. As soon as we despatch your order you will be sent a tracking number allowing you to check delivery progress. We use the most efficient courier based on your order and shipping destination.
Delivery Rates and Times
UK - Free Next Day delivery on all orders over £70. Order before 2pm. Orders under £70 are charged at £5.
EU - Express delivery cost £10 on all orders. Delivery time 1 - 2 days.
USA & Canada - Express delivery cost £15 on all orders. Delivery time 1 - 3 days.
Rest of World - Express delivery cost £20 on all orders. Delivery time 2 - 5 days.
VAT, DELIVERY AND IMPORT FEES
We are not currently VAT registered therefore our prices are exclusive of VAT. As such, the base product price is the same for all orders, irrespective of the destination country.
The final value of your order may change due to shipping fees which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Your order may incur customs and import charges applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country. If you are unsure please contact your local customs office for more information.
